The ‘Big British Bang’ was a summer long series of events and partnerships untaken by Selfridges - the theme encapsulated modern britishness and quirkiness using a distinctive illustrative style.
For digital, the static print assets would need to be brought to life and further accentuate the fun, irreverent style campaign.
All print assets were animated in a Monty Python-esque style to support the fun, irreverent nature of the campaign. Bold takeovers were paired with a suite of eye-catching animated display ads.
Due to its location, the London Underground plays a big role in Selfridges footfall and so the digital media was extended to cater for stations in close proximity of the store.
Special versions for London Underground ad-shells, escalator panels, and cross-track digital billboards which displayed live tweets from ambassadors at the events.
